All About Our Story
Carin’s path to design is defined by a rare combination of instinct, education, and experience. She began her professional career as a buyer, developing a refined eye for quality, craftsmanship, proportion, and curation—an early foundation that continues to inform her signature aesthetic today. She later earned a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, expanding her understanding of the powerful relationship between environment, emotion, behavior, and well-being.
That intersection of design and psychology has become central to Carin’s philosophy. Her work considers not only the visual composition of a space, but the way it supports the rhythm of everyday life, the people who inhabit it, and the experiences that unfold within it. After completing her Interior Design certification through the New York Institute of Art + Design, Carin translated her distinctive perspective into a full-service design practice known for sophisticated, deeply personal interiors defined by intention, restraint, and quiet luxury.
